Terms of Sale
Tickets are sold as non-refundable, non-transferable; unless an event is cancelled by Comar.
Cancellation & Postponement
In the event of cancellation or postponement of a performance, any refunds to be made to the purchaser shall be at the discretion of Comar and will be made to the original purchaser via the same method that was used for payment.
Adverse weather - Comar will refund tickets on events that have been cancelled due to adverse weather. However, if customers cannot attend an event that is taking place due to bad weather we may offer an exchange at our own discretion.
In the event of a date change at short notice (within one week of the event) Comar will use reasonable endeavours to notify customers who purchased tickets from Comar of the conditions that apply. Any refunds to be made to the purchaser shall be at the discretion of Comar and will be made to the original purchaser via the same method that was used for payment.
Supporter Membership Scheme
Terms of Sale
Membership is sold for a 12-month period from the date of purchase. Comar admin will contact members for renewal upon date of expiry.
Supporter Members have the right to vote at a Supporter Members' meeting, held annually on Mull, to elect nominated Directors to the Comar Board (if you are unable to attend you can nominate a proxy to vote for you).
Have the right to call a Supporter Members' meeting to hold a vote on a resolution to remove any of the Elected Directors (in accordance with protocols outlined in the Comar constitution).
Supporter Members will receive discount on Comar selected tickets.
Discount will only apply to individual Supporter Members' tickets (On a group booking additional customers will be charged full price.
